LIVE SO WELL

Whole-Person Wellness for Women of Faith

I help women who are craving more — more energy, more peace, more purpose — strengthen their bodies, deepen their faith, and build practical wellness habits that fit real life.

One doable step at a time

IS this you?

You’re doing your best — but you know something still needs to change.

Maybe you’re tired more often than you think you should be. Your mind feels scattered, your healthy habits keep getting pushed aside, or you sense God calling you toward something more — but you don’t feel physically or emotionally ready for it.

You don’t need another demanding plan or a longer list of things you’re doing wrong. You need a clear, grace-filled path that helps you care for your body, strengthen your faith, and begin moving forward one doable step at a time.

  • You’re craving more energy for the people and responsibilities you love.
  • You want greater peace instead of constantly feeling behind.
  • You know what to do in theory, but struggle to make it consistent.
  • You want your health and faith to work together — not feel like separate parts of your life.
  • You sense God has more ahead for you, but you aren’t sure how to begin.
  • You want meaningful change — not only for yourself, but so you can have the strength to live out your calling and be a light to others.

Imagine feeling more able to…

RISE UP Strength & Soul

Rise with strength.
Live with soul.

RISE UP is a yearlong journey for women who want to become stronger in body and faith — not through a dramatic overhaul, but through steady, meaningful transformation.

Together, we’ll care for your body, strengthen your faith, nurture your relationships, and explore your purpose — one doable step at a time — so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and energy for the life God is calling you to live.

Why the pieces matter

You don’t need to try harder. You need an approach that sees the whole you.

You may already know a lot about healthy eating, exercise, sleep, and stress. But knowing what to do doesn’t always make it easy to do — especially when your energy is low, your responsibilities are high, and every part of life seems to affect the others.

Your body, habits, relationships, environment, faith, and sense of purpose aren’t separate. Live So Well helps you understand how those pieces connect, identify what is getting in the way, and choose practical steps that fit your real life.

You are not failing. You may simply need a clearer path — and support for the whole journey.

Your guide

Meet Erin

Functional Medicine Nurse & Health Coach

I know what it’s like to believe you’re doing everything right and still sense that your health is moving in the wrong direction.

My own experience with prediabetes changed how I understood wellness — and showed me why good intentions and “healthy habits” do not always address the whole picture — and eventually how I understood strength, stewardship, and purpose.

I’m a functional medicine nurse and health coach with 30 years of nursing experience. I combine practical health education, functional-medicine training, my own health journey, and a deep belief that wellness should help you love and serve well — not become another burden to carry.

Focused blood sugar support

Practical Blood Sugar and Prediabetes Support

Shifting Sugars is a practical, self-paced course for men and women who want to balance blood sugars for prevention and wellness, address prediabetes, or support healthier glucose management alongside their diabetes care.

In their own words

What Shifting Sugars students have shared.

These experiences reflect individual students and are not a promise of specific results. Blood sugar changes vary and should be monitored with your healthcare professional.

“I love these lessons for how they stress that perfection isn’t necessary but trends are.”

“So much more energy! At first it was the opposite… (probably going too hard 😬) but then I started SLEEPING better and having MORE ENERGY during the day! No caffeine needed!”

“I totally stopped craving everything in sight!”

“The content is amazing and thorough!”

“Your knowledge on diabetes is helping me, and I am sure many others.”

“My blood sugars are in the normal range!” (after just 2 weeks)
